Laurent Guillermin trained as a film editor at the Conservatoire Libre du Cinéma Français. During his years in Paris, he met Vincent Ravalec, Christophe Gstalder, Karim Dridi, Frank Nicotra, Bruno Hadjaj, Bruno de Champris, Thierry Barrier for various projects. All this is largely thanks to Alain Monne and Arno Frant, who made him work for 2 years as an editor at Le Criquet.

In 2002, he returned to Geneva and decided to realize his projects. He inevitably became a writer, director and producer of his films. Initially, he developed his activities within the Bordu films association, with which he produced his first two short films.
